Key Responsibilities
High-volume patient check‑in for surgical/GI cases
Verify insurance and authorizations with accuracy
Collect co‑pays, deductibles
Communicate effectively with patients, physicians, and clinical staff
Ensure all consents and required documentation are complete
Qualifications
Surgery center or specialty medical front desk experience
Knowledge of insurance verification & prior authorizations
Experience with scheduling highly preferred
Ability to multitask in a fast‑paced environment
