Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Project Manager role located in Wilmington, DE. The Project Manager will oversee and coordinate all aspects of structural steel fabrication and erection projects. Responsibilities include managing project timelines, supervising logistics, ensuring quality through inspections, expediting materials and equipment, and maintaining clear communication with clients, vendors, and internal teams. The ideal candidate will ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards.
Qualifications
Proven skills in Project Management to coordinate timelines, resources, and teams effectively.
Experience with Expediting and Expeditor responsibilities to ensure timely delivery of materials and equipment.
Knowledge of Inspection and quality control methods to uphold project standards.
Proficiency in Logistics Management, including scheduling and resource allocation, to ensure seamless project execution.
Strong organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field is preferred.
Familiarity with structural steel and related materials or prior experience in the construction or fabrication industry is a plus.
