The
Richmond Behavioral Health Authority
has a full-time position available for a
Case Manager Aide
to perform basic human support work assisting in providing daily activities and services to clients and their children.
Job Duties
Assists case managers, clinicians and other staff in providing daily activities and services to clients and their children
Provides child minding services within child services center, treatment centers, or in community as deemed necessary
Observes childrens behavior and reports issues to supervisor and/or case managers
Conducts groups and activities that are age-appropriate to children whose custodian is in treatment, residential and/or outpatient
Provides additional services to support the center's functions as scheduled
Provides up-to-date information on community resources as needed
Completes regular documentation as directed
Performs related work to support clients attendance in services as necessary
Assists in providing or locating transportation for clients to and from appointments, grocery shopping, etc.
Assists clients with the completion of various forms for other benefits as required.
Attends all relevant meetings.
