Job Summary

Facilitate grant implementation, compliance, and reporting for behavioral health prevention, treatment, and recovery support grants.

Prepare annual budgets and work statements for subcontract agreements with participating tribal behavioral health and health systems.

Monitor grant budgets and work plans, prepare grant and continuation applications.

Prepare monthly and quarterly reports.

Provide training and support for implementation of evidence‑based services within the respective tribal behavioral health systems.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in health, human services or related field required; Master’s preferred.

Successful experience with grant writing and management preferred.

Excellent organizational, computer, oral communication, writing, and interpersonal skills required.

High‑level problem‑solving skills required.

Knowledge of Anishnaabek traditions, customs, communities and acceptance of Anishnaabek healing practices helpful.

Valid driver’s license and ability to travel.

Experience working in Native American communities preferred.

Preference given to qualified Native Americans.

Salary
$28.46 - $30.74 per hour dependent on education & experience.
