Fever is a tech platform for cultural and live entertainment, seeking a junior event producer to support the Fever Originals team.
About the Role
A passionate, critical‑thinking junior event producer will work closely with the Project Manager to ensure high‑quality experiences. Responsibilities include managing all aspects of event production, from pre‑production logistics to post‑event wrap‑up, and serving as the primary point of contact with third parties.
You will:
Manage all aspects of event productions, including pre‑production logistics, vendor selection, hiring, onsite execution, and post‑event wrap‑up.
Create production timelines and ensure teams stay on schedule.
Collaborate with internal cross‑functional teams and stakeholders to drive alignment.
Participate in internal brainstorming and contribute creative ideas.
Manage scalability across multiple cities and help expand into new markets.
Handle budgets of varying scales and research new vendors.
Book venues and secure event permits and insurance.
Complete administrative duties: expense reports, invoicing, and legal contract work.
Travel domestically and internationally as required.
Preferred Qualifications
1+ year of experience in event production.
Experience in theater or stage management.
Ability to manage multiple cities and coordinate complex events.
Innovative mindset for cutting‑edge production solutions.
Strong vendor and venue network.
Understanding of technical production requirements.
Familiarity with permitting processes.
Strong communication skills and ability to build positive relationships.
Strategic thinking and solution‑focused mindset.
Collaborative willingness to get hands‑dirty on event tasks.
Knowledge of social‑media promotional tools (Facebook, Instagram) a plus.
Strong academic background a plus.
