AdHoc is seeking a bilingual, Miami-based Event Producer to lead on-the-ground production for one (1) World Cup watch party event. This role will oversee venue coordination, vendor management, production logistics, and onsite execution, ensuring seamless delivery from pre-production through post-event wrap.Contract Start Date: May 18, 2026Contract End Date: July 22, 2026Event Date: July 14 or 15, 2026 (exact date TBD) - 1 event.Estimated Hours: ~1015 hours per week on average, with flexibility for increased hours during peak production weeks and event execution.Fee: $4,000 Flat FeeKey Responsibilities Pre-Production & PlanningAttend Client-facing production calls and internal production check-ins.Lead venue research, outreach, and booking process:Present curated venue options with pricingNegotiate and finalize venue contractsConfirm all insurance requirements, permits, and licenses.Assist with managing production timelines and checklists.Coordinate event branding and local artwork (digital + signage)Source and confirm all local vendors, including:A/V rentalsSecurityActivation/vendor partners (e.g. captured services)Printing and fabricationOversee talent logistics, including:DJ booking coordinationTalent advances (ADV creation and distribution)Hire and coordinate content direction with content team.Production ManagementLead advance process with venue and all vendorsRun venue production meeting and align on run-of-show, logistics, and load-in/outDevelop and finalize security plans (in collaboration with agency and venue), staffing plans, and production documents (run of show, contact sheets, load-in schedules).Coordinate printing and fabrication timelines.Order and track production supplies.Event ExecutionOversee on-site production and load-inManage event staff and vendors onsiteEnsure proper coverage onsite by content team Ensure all elements are executed to plan:A/VTalent performanceActivation executionGuest experience + flowTroubleshoot in real-time and maintain show qualityPost-Event & WrapCollect and submit final venue costs and vendor invoicesTrack and manage event inventory and staff payments.Assist with reconciling event budgets.Submit event debrief reports.Ensure content is delivered to client.Requirements Must be based in Miami and available for in-person venue visits and on-site execution.Must be English and Spanish-speaking.5+ years experience producing live events, brand activations, and large-scale social events.Strong network of Miami venues and vendors.Familiarity with security and safety planning for large public events is a plus. Proven ability to manage multiple stakeholders and timelines.Detail-oriented with strong organizational and communication skills.Comfortable working both independently and within a larger production team.Understands guest flow, crowd management, and experiential design.Calm under pressure and solutions-oriented. Strong on-site leadership presence.
