Job Description
Red Rocks Amphitheatre is a rock structure near Morrison, Colorado. The Concessions Supervisor is responsible for overseeing and delegating responsibilities for food and alcohol service at Red Rocks Amphitheatre. This oversight includes managing people, stocking to par levels, customer service, troubleshooting POS, and following alcohol and food safety protocols. You supervise a section of concession stands and portable bars/bottle carts, monitoring your section for issues or product needs while walking a 200‑step stair section.

This position is considered an Hourly/ Seasonal/ Part‑Time Employee.

Compensation
Hourly rate $23.43.

Job Responsibilities

Delegates tasks to 1 or 2 teammates throughout the shift.

Works with stand lead on inventory discrepancies at the beginning of the shift.

Sets up each stand with product and supplies needed prior to and during each event.

Trains and guides staff on job duties, alcohol and food safety procedures, customer service.

Responds to technical, service, or patron issues that may occur during the event.

Replenishes food and alcohol items to ensure stands are stocked to appropriate levels for service.

Shuts down alcohol service at the appropriate cutoff time.

Keeps staff accountable for cleaning and setting up for the next day’s event before leaving for the night.

Closes stands, runs reports, and deals with inventory issues after the event is completed.

Maintains excellent customer service and a positive demeanor toward guests, customers, clients, and co‑workers.

Adheres to Aramark safety policies, accurate food safety and sanitation procedures, and Aramark’s alcohol policies.

Ensures security of company assets.

Qualifications

21 years or older.

Valid TEAM or ServSafe Alcohol Certification.

Must be able to lift 50 lbs. while walking up and down stairs.

Must be able to be on your feet for up to 12 hours.

Previous supervisory experience in a related role preferred.

Previous food and alcohol service experience preferred.

Must be able to acquire food safety and alcohol certification.

Must be able to work independently with limited supervision.

Demonstrates excellent team leadership and customer service skills.

Physical Demands
This role involves lifting, bending, pushing, pulling, and extended walking and standing. It may be outside, exposing staff to sun and inclement weather. Uniforms and/or use of personal protective equipment may be required.
