The
Medical Services Supervisor
provides day-to-day leadership and coordination of primary care clinical support services, ensuring efficient operations and high-quality patient care. This role oversees Medical Assistants, Patient Care Specialists, Medical Schedulers, and Clinic Nursing staff, while also stepping into direct patient care as needed. In partnership with Primary Care leadership, this position also leads key projects that strengthen service delivery and support positive health outcomes across the communities we serve.

Key Responsibilities
Supervise and support clinical support staff, including scheduling, performance management, and professional development.
Maintain smooth daily clinic operations, ensuring quality, efficiency, and excellent patient experience.
Provide direct patient care as needed, including clinical support and patient education.
Oversee clinical workflows such as scheduling, triage, prior authorizations, and follow‑up coordination.
Ensure compliance with regulatory, licensing, and accreditation standards (HRSA, NCQA, CARF, etc.).
Manage lab operations, medication storage, vaccines, and supply inventory in alignment with safety standards.
Collaborate with leadership on program operations, budgeting, and process improvement initiatives.
Lead and participate in quality improvement efforts, including team meetings and performance initiatives.Support recruitment, onboarding, and training of clinical support staff.
Promote a culture of compassionate, culturally responsive, and patient‑centered care.
Requirements, Skills, Knowledge And Expertise
Practical Nursing Certificate required.
Associates/Bachelor’s degree in nursing preferred.
At Least Two (2) Years’ Experience Preferred.
LPN with experience in supervision, care management or equivalent considered with approval from Vice President of Primary Care Operations.
Working knowledge of medical terminology, procedures, and equipment required.
RN or LPN license in Missouri required.
