The role involves scheduling appointments, managing insurance details, greeting patients, handling referrals, maintaining confidentiality, and utilizing EMR systems in a fast‑paced environment.
Work Schedule
Monday, Tuesday, and Thursday: 8 A.M. – 5 P.M.
Wednesday: 10 A.M. – 7 P.M.
Friday: 8 A.M. – 4:30 P.M.
No weekends or holidays.

Duties / Responsibilities
Schedule appointments with attention to insurance information.

Answer calls, relay messages, and communicate via EMR systems.
Update patients and schedule tests, appointments, and follow‑up procedures.
Maintain accurate medical records and resolve patient issues.
Support administrative tasks, follow safety protocols, and perform additional duties as needed.
Position Qualifications
High School Graduate or GED required.
Experience in a medical office setting preferred.
