The Collaborative School has openings for Education Technician III/Behavioral Health Professionals.
The Collaborative School specializes in treatment and education of students in grades K-12 with mental health diagnoses, including mood disorders, complex trauma, autism, and attachment disorders. Staff receive cutting edge professional development opportunities in innovative practices and approaches in both mental health and education. Staff are encouraged to advance professionally in the fields of social work, psychology, and/or education through opportunities for advancement, course reimbursement, and future internship placements.
Qualifications
No prior experience is necessary.
Must have a minimum of 90 college credit hours.
Must hold, or be eligible for, State of Maine Ed Tech III certification, and have an interest and ability to work effectively with children with emotional disabilities.
Behavior Health Professional Certification is a plus; however, we supply training for BHP Certification if not already BHP Certified.
