Job Description
As a Security Officer Property Patrol Driver in Raleigh, NC, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Healthcare. This part‑time, unarmed patrol role requires a valid driver’s license. You will conduct routine patrols, stay visible to deter incidents, and support a welcoming environment through strong customer service and communication.

Day: Time: ‑ 01:45 PM – 10:00 PM
Sun: 09:45 PM – 06:00 AM

What You’ll Do

Provide customer service to patients, visitors, and staff by carrying out security‑related procedures, site‑specific policies, and emergency response activities within a healthcare location.

Respond to incidents, disturbances, and critical situations calmly and with problem‑solving skills, documenting observations and reporting security concerns to site leadership.

Conduct regular and random patrols throughout buildings, entrances, parking areas, and perimeter locations to identify unusual activity, unsecured areas, and potential hazards.

Monitor access points and visitor activity, supporting authorized entry procedures and offering assistance in a professional manner.

Assist with de‑escalation support during difficult interactions, maintain orderly conditions in public and restricted areas, and communicate with local responders and/or medical personnel when appropriate.

Minimum Requirements

Be at least 21 years of age.

Possess a valid driver’s license in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy.

Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.

Subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.

Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.

Subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.

Licensing requirements may be required prior to employment based on state or local regulations.
