The Accounts Payable Coordinator plays a key role in delivering accurate and efficient accounts payable and administrative support to ensure smooth financial operations.
PRIMARY JOB DUTIES

Processes daily accounts payable transactions to maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records, including sorting, scanning, and coding invoices into appropriate systems.
Reviews all invoices to ensure proper documentation and approval prior to payment.
Distributes invoices to store locations for coding and payment processing.
Responds to vendor inquiries regarding payments, remittance details, and outstanding invoices.
Investigates and resolves invoice discrepancies and related issues.
Performs vendor maintenance, including updates to vendor records and profiles.
Maintains monthly rent schedules and ensures timely rent payments.
Prepares documentation and supports the annual year-end audit process.
