
Telehealth Nurse

Responsibilities
Counsel and educate new and existing patients on specialty drug therapies.
Ensure adherence to contracted and accrediting regulations as indicated by drug specifications.
Complete thorough and accurate documentation using good documentation practices and complying with industry standards and regulations.
Discuss potential and current side effects with patients to educate them about treatment alternatives and facilitate ongoing therapy adherence.
Identify and report adverse events (AEs) and product complaints (PCs) to the manufacturer, FDA, and/or other governing authorities.
Qualifications
Associate's, Bachelor’s, or higher degree in Nursing or an accredited nursing diploma.
Registered Nurse (RN) licensed in North Carolina with a multi‑state compact nursing license.
At least five years of nursing experience, including at least one year of acute inpatient care (preferred).
Graduate of an accredited nursing school with 3–5 or more years of post‑graduate experience in pharmacy operations and patient care.
Ability to obtain licenses for all served states and U.S. territories within three months of employment.
Computer skills: e‑mail, word processing, spreadsheets, and web‑based programs.
Effective oral and written communication skills, including motivational interviewing.
Ability to read, analyze, and interpret practice standards, professional journals, technical procedures, and government regulations.
Experience level: Intermediate.

Contract to Hire position based out of Cary, NC.
