Clinician - Outpatient (Adults)
Immediate opening. Join the Outpatient team providing short- and long-term treatment, including group and individual therapy for adults with co-occurring disorders. The right candidate is trauma-informed, solution-focused, and able to work with clients on complex long-standing struggles.
Responsibilities
Therapy in an Outpatient setting
Safety planning and risk assessments
Treatment planning
Care coordination
Clinical assessment
Clinical documentation
Requirements
Master’s degree in a related field
Valid driver’s license with use of a personal vehicle
Two years of relevant professional experience
Clinical license or being on the roster of non-licensed, non-certified psychotherapists
Licenses & Certifications
Clinical license or belonging to the roster of non-licensed, non-certified psychotherapists as required by Vermont regulations (effective January 1, 2016)

Full-time
Exempt
AFSCME Union (dues will apply)
Annual salary starting at $56,747.24 for non-licensed; $60,662.80 for licensed
