Hybrid Outpatient Clinician – Full Time, Hybrid location. Pay: $28.00-$38.00/hour.
About the Role
Arbour Counseling Services offers licensed clinicians or master’s level clinicians working toward licensure positions in our Outpatient Program in Haverhill, MA. The outpatient program allows patients to receive treatment options and support within a flexible schedule. The role provides individual therapy, group therapy, couples therapy, family therapy, medication evaluation & management, school‑based treatment, and elder services.
The clinician delivers direct services, may provide individual, group, family or other authorized therapy services, participates in interdisciplinary treatment planning, and ensures that treatments are within the scope of their training and competence.

Essential Responsibilities
Provide individual, family, and group therapy sessions
Support clients through collaboration with other medical service providers, state agencies, other mental health services (including crisis services), and community agencies and resources
Manage own schedule

Qualifications
Master’s Degree in Psychology, Social Work, Counseling, or closely related Mental Health field from an accredited college or university
Completed an internship during Masters program to obtain 45 credits
Required license eligibility with: LICSW, LMHC, or LMFT
CANS Certification preferred (able to obtain after hiring if needed)
Nonjudgmental ability to foster self‑sufficiency using problem‑solving and practical skills
Familiarity with support groups
Ability to establish trusting relationships through compassion, empathy, and insight
Demonstrated sensitivity to the needs of clients from diverse cultural or linguistic backgrounds
Excellent time management skills to maintain appointments and timely record keeping
Possess appropriate citizenship/work documentation
Pass a CORI and drug test, as well as other pre‑employment documentation
