Hours:

Typical range of hours is based on community needs and may require weekends and after hour emergency services. Workdays may be adjusted. Full Time: 5 days per week, 8 hours per day (average 40 hours).

Physical Demands:

Medium work (exerting 50 lbs. of force occasionally), climbing, balancing, stooping, kneeling, crouching, crawling, reaching, walking, pushing, pulling, lifting, talking, hearing. Visual acuity required. Subject to weather.

Drug Screens:

Pre‑employment, post injury, reasonable suspicion, and possible random screens.

Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent; strong foundation in business principles.

HVAC/R certification (HVAC & Refrigeration) preferred.

Ability to follow detailed oral and written instructions.

Customer‑service oriented, self‑motivated, prioritization and time‑management skills.

Problem‑solving ability during unexpected challenges; adaptable to changing priorities.

Excellent verbal and written communication, strong organization.

English proficiency; bilingual encouraged.

Inventory tracking and parts management skills.

Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and handle chemicals safely.

Available for emergency calls nights and weekends.

Attention to detail and commitment to maintaining community common areas.

Proficient in Outlook, Excel, Word, and internet applications.

Responsibilities

Residential Standards

Perform general maintenance duties in common areas.

Respond to on‑call duties as needed.

Complete service requests in occupied apartments promptly and in line with company and property standards.

Prioritize resident satisfaction and contribute to occupancy goals.

Participate in preventive maintenance programs and manage ongoing repair of mechanical systems.

Keep grounds and common areas clean.

Take on related duties as assigned.

Follow all safety protocols.

Provide courteous and friendly service to residents, aiming for a 5‑star experience.

Community Inspections and Quality Assurance Review

Assist with inspections and review results, reporting as required.
