Masonry EstimatorProject Manager

We are looking for a qualified Construction Estimator/Project Manager with a strong background in the masonry/façade restoration industry to join a growing team in the Cleveland, OH, area. Our ideal candidate is someone who demonstrates excellent communication skills, is highly organized, is a great problem solver, is very efficient, and has strong attention to detail & time management.
Duties
Lead full lifecycle of commercial construction projects, including estimating, bidding, scheduling, budgeting, and execution to ensure on‑time and on‑budget delivery
Analyze plans, specifications, and blueprints to develop accurate cost estimates, perform take‑offs, define scope of work, and prepare competitive proposals
Coordinate with clients, subcontractors, and vendors to obtain quotes, manage project progress, maintain documentation, and ensure quality control and project goals are met
Requirements
Minimum education level of a bachelor’s degree in construction management, civil engineering, or a related field
The ideal candidate will have at least 3‑5 years of experience as a commercial estimator/project manager and be knowledgeable in the masonry field
Proficient in construction software (Procore, Blue Beam)
Details
Pay Rage: $80k to $110k + annual bonus opportunity

Compensation: $80,000-$110,000 per year
