The Data Integrity Coordinator is responsible for accuracy and data entry of all aspects of cost & allowance activity.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Responsible for providing support to the Category Business Managers in the areas of new item setup, discontinues, cost changes, vendor changes, and any additional item maintenance
Investigate and resolve store reported discrepancies, which impact store accuracy, in a timely manner
Continuously react to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
Auditing of reports that impact; cost, item attributes, taxability, WIC Eligibility, SNAP, funding, store authorizations
Ensure accurate set up of new items, new vendors, and discontinuation of products
Fulfill promotional price extension requests submitted by the category team
Other duties as assigned
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
Self-starter; ability to work both independently and as a team
Proficient in a PC environment (MS Office – Excel, Word, Access)
Attention to detail, with the ability to multi-task and prioritize
Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills
Fast learner with new systems and have demonstrable skills with word processing software and spreadsheets
Familiarity with mainframe systems a plus
Knowledge of local, state, and federal regulatory agencies helpful
Understanding of the store environment
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
High School diploma or equivalent
Two years’ experience in grocery retail/store operations preferred.
