Resolute Road Hospitality is seeking a Maintenance Manager for the Holiday Inn & Suites in Astoria, Oregon. In this role, you will lead all maintenance activities ensuring the hotel operates safely and efficiently. You will manage the maintenance team, supervise contractors, and maintain compliance with building codes. Ideal candidates should have 3-5 years of experience in facilities maintenance, technical trade expertise, and previous supervisory experience in the hospitality industry is preferred. A high school diploma or GED is required, along with relevant certifications.
