Returns Clerk

The Returns Clerk is responsible for investigating and processing all product returns while maintaining safety and compliance standards. This role ensures timely and accurate credit issuance to customers within three business days of receiving returned items. Additionally, the Returns Clerk serves as a resource for team members who have questions regarding return procedures.
Responsibilities

Complete parcel and LTL returns.
Investigate returns to determine the reason for return.
Receive items into the system using an RF scanner.
Create RMAs (Return Merchandise Authorizations) as needed, issue RMA for orders, and receive products using the RMA provided.
Collaborate with Parts Claims to request credits when necessary.
Separate pallets by part numbers.
Qualifications

High School Diploma or GED required.
Strong knowledge of Oracle/EBS systems, warehouse processes, and safety.
Proficiency in using the Parts Claims Portal.
The ability to demonstrate basic reading and writing comprehension skills.
Effective communication skills (email, Teams, verbal).
Understanding of return processes and compliance standards.
Ability to work accurately and efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Problem-solving ability and initiative to resolve issues independently.
Reliability in attendance, time management, and task completion.
Ability to multitask effectively.
The ability to work overtime as needed.
