The
Project Manager
serves as the primary representative of TWC Concrete on assigned projects and is responsible for leading all phases of project execution from pre‑construction through closeout. This role provides overall leadership to project teams while ensuring work is completed safely, on schedule, within budget, and in alignment with TWC’s commitment to Safety, Schedule, Quality, and Productivity (SSQP).
Key Responsibilities
Lead and manage all phases of construction projects from award through completion
Promote and model TWC’s core values and SSQP culture across all project activities
Develop project schedules, budgets, and baseline profit goals
Initiate and maintain project controls and documentation (RFIs, reports, meeting minutes, correspondence)
Manage financial aspects including change orders, billings, cost tracking, and monthly projections
Coordinate staffing needs with Operations leadership and field teams
Lead project meetings and maintain strong relationships with clients, subcontractors, and stakeholders
Oversee subcontractor prequalification, contracts, and performance
Ensure quality control measures are implemented and maintained throughout the project lifecycle
Identify, track, and resolve project issues in a timely and effective manner
Drive project closeout, including as‑builts, warranties, and final payment
Conduct post‑project evaluations and implement lessons learned
Mentor and develop team members to support long‑term company success
Support Incident & Injury‑Free (IIF) initiatives and jobsite safety efforts

Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Construction Management, or equivalent experience
2-5 years of Commercial concrete construction experience
Strong knowledge of construction processes, contracts, and project management principles
Ability to read and interpret drawings, specifications, and technical documents
Strong communication and leadership skills across all levels of an organization
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) and construction software (Vista, Keystyle)
Strong analytical, organizational, and problem‑solving abilitiesAbility to manage multiple priorities and drive results
Physical & Work Requirements
Ability to work in both office and active construction environments
Exposure to outdoor weather and jobsite conditions
Ability to sit, stand, walk, and lift up to 20 pounds as needed
