Job Overview
Apparel associates greet customers on the sales floor, offer assistance and recommend merchandise based on customer preferences. They move incoming merchandise to the sales floor, maintain clothing racks, tables and displays, and keep the merchandise in proper order throughout the day.
Compensation
Hourly Rate: $19 – $32 per hour (minimum wage compliant).
Annual or quarterly performance incentives.
Premiums ranging from $0.35 to $3.00 per hour based on schedule, facility, season, or specific work performed. Multiple premiums may apply if criteria are met.
