Industry-leading producer seeks a Drafter / Designer to design and detail steel pallet racking systems. You should be detail oriented and have good visualization / spatial relation skills, and have experience detailing racking systems. Responsibilities
Create and check fabrication drawings and reports, including bills of materials.
Specify and design framing conditions along with project-specific requirements.
Generate construction drawings using various 2D and 3D software.
Coordinate detailing with Design Engineers in relation to the overall design.
Requirements
AS or training in CAD/CAM software, BIM modeling, etc.
2+ years' detailing or drafting experience required.
Experience detailing or drafting racking systems or related within material handling.
