We are hiring a talented outgoing LPNs for PT Evenings!!
$37-41 hourly
Full-Time Evening Shifts
2-10pm, Tues-Saturday

Qualifications
Active and unrestricted Washington State LPN License.
Graduate of a state-approved Licensed Practical Nursing program.
Current CPR & First Aid Certification.
Dementia and Mental Health training is preferred but not required.
Core Responsibilities
Provide compassionate nursing care to residents in memory care, assisted living, and independent living.
Prepare and administer medications according to policy, order and receive pharmacy deliveries.
Document resident progress notes, treatments, and any changes in health status.
Assist residents with personal care and physical support as needed.
Position Overview
As an LPN at our retirement community, you will provide compassionate care and health services to our independent and assisted living residents. You will also be responsible for addressing the residents’ medical conditions, clinical needs, and other healthcare-related incidents that may occur in the community
