As a Patient Service Coordinator you will be the vital link between patients, providers, and insurers—ensuring every step of the care journey is seamless, efficient, and supportive.
Responsibilities
Reconcile patient payments and units billed while following HIPAA guidelines.
Follow processes for insurance verification and/or benefits management.
Obtain authorization and/or prior authorization as needed.
Collect over‑the‑counter payments and reconcile all charges weekly and monthly.
Maintain relationships with patients, providers, clinicians, and internal operational departments.
Qualifications
High School diploma or GED (submission of diploma for highest level of education obtained required).
1–2 years of customer service experience (healthcare experience preferred).
Schedule
Full Time
Compensation
Pay Range: $22.00 – $23.75 per hour (based on background, experience, and work location). Performance‑based incentives are available.
