Associate Sterile Processing Technician
at Providence Holy Cross Medical Center in Mission Hills, CA. This position is Per Diem and will work 8-hour, Variable shifts.
Responsibilities
Under supervision the Central Tech I processes, sterilizes equipment and instrumentation. The Tech I issues and receives supplies and equipment according to established procedures and maintains an accurate inventory to reflect a real-time status. The Tech I is responsible for receiving and responding to all calls for product, equipment and supplies.
Required Qualifications
Within 1 year of hire National Certified Registered Central Service Technician - Healthcare Sterile Processing Association.
Within 1 year of hire National Certified Sterile Processing and Distribution Technician - Certification Board for Sterile Processing and Distribution.
Experience in general office practices and procedures.
Preferred Qualifications
1 year Experience in Central Service.
