Job Summary:
The Server at the 20th Hole Restaurant is responsible for providing prompt, friendly, and knowledgeable service to guests, ensuring a welcoming and enjoyable dining experience. This position requires strong communication, attention to detail, and a passion for hospitality.
Job Specifications:
Onsite : Black Desert Resort – 20th Hole Restaurant

Shift & Schedule Availability : Year‑Round / Part‑Time

Pay Rate : $7.25/hr plus tips. This is the base pay we reasonably expect to offer. Individual compensation decisions are based on a variety of factors.

Responsibilities

Greet and engage guests in a friendly, professional manner
Present menus, take accurate food and beverage orders, and enter them into the POS system
Serve food and drinks promptly, ensuring proper presentation and guest satisfaction
Anticipate guest needs and respond to requests quickly and courteously
Maintain cleanliness and organization of dining areas, including resetting tables
Communicate effectively with kitchen and bar staff to ensure timely service
Follow all food safety and sanitation standards, as well as responsible alcohol service policies
Process guest payments accurately and handle cash or credit transactions
Assist with side work and closing duties as assigned
Perform other duties as assigned
Qualifications

Previous experience as a server in a casual or upscale dining setting preferred
Strong customer service and communication skills
Ability to multitask and work in a fast‑paced, team environment
Familiarity with POS systems is a plus
Must meet minimum age requirements for alcohol service and possess required certifications
Must possess or be able to obtain certifications (e.g., TIPS, ServSafe).
Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and variable lunch shifts
Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs
