We’re seeking a motivated team member to support our “Sustain Alaska and the Yukon” (SAY) program by collecting and sorting waste and recyclables across operations and venues. This role includes entry‑level maintenance tasks, assisting with repairs, performing inspections, and maintaining accurate records—all contributing to our commitment to sustainability and operational excellence.
Responsibilities
Supports the HAP “Sustain Alaska and the Yukon” (SAY) program and goals
Routinely collects waste materials and recyclables from operations, venues, and work areas.
Sorts and prepares recyclables for transport.
Performs a variety of entry‑level maintenance tasks.
Routinely performs maintenance and maintenance inspections.
Assists with scheduled and unscheduled repairs.
Maintains records.
Requirements
Must have a current, valid U.S. Drivers License and be able to operate a motor vehicle.
Must pass a pre‑employment drug screening and will be a part of our random drug testing program.
Minimum age of 18 years required to reside in company housing, where available.
Dedicated to delivering excellent customer service to all guests, coworkers, and vendors.
Must be eligible to work in the United States.

Knowledge, Skills, & Abilities
Ability to organize and prioritize work, maintain attention to time constraints, while working in a team or group environment.
Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment with multiple tasks and external influences.
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while achieving daily goals.
Ability to support and comply with company policies, procedures and guidelines including support and comply with company health and safety standards.
Ability to stand/walk/work on feet for minimum of 8 hours per day.
