Breakfast Bar Attendant:
$15/hour - negotiable based on experiences; Hours vary between 5 AM-12 PM; Part Time; Can be used as an internship.
Responsibilities
Greet all guests in a friendly, positive manner. Ask questions of guests and make personal connections to ensure they feel welcome and valued.
Maintain the breakfast bar in an attractive, organized, and clean presentation while following brand standards and health codes.
Prepare all hot items according to directions and health department standards.
Adhere to local health and safety regulations and maintain health logs as required.
Maintain adequate quantities of breakfast items to accommodate guest volume using first-in, first-out inventory methods.
Take down food items within 30 minutes of breakfast closing time; clear, clean, and sanitize tables and chairs as they are vacated.
Wash and sanitize serving equipment and return it to storage at breakfast closing.
Remove trash, vacuum/sweep/mop the breakfast area, clean public restrooms, wash windows, and perform other duties as required.
Prepare food for the next day according to hotel occupancy and needs; set up, service, and tear down meeting rooms as business dictates.
Follow all Suburban Inns Processes and exhibit regular and recurrent attendance records.
Perform other duties as requested by management.
Position Requirements
Minimum Knowledge:
Requires ability to interpret/extract information and/or perform arithmetic functions. May require typing, basic computer knowledge, record keeping, or word processing. Good communication skills.

None
Work Schedule:
Work regularly requires or varies between day, holiday, and/or weekend assignments. Schedule varies according to business demands and needs.
Uniform and Appearance Guidelines:
Uniform and name tag provided. Close-toed, non-slip shoes are the responsibility of the Team Member; hair must be well-groomed; facial piercings and tattoos that are not covered by a work uniform must be approved by management. Any tattoo deemed offensive must remain covered or concealed at all times.
