The Role:

Responsible for fast and clean service of all menu items to the service persons. Working alongside your coworkers to reach all your goals as one team.

Responsibilities

Ensures each order sent out is uniform.

Controls food production to include: proper cooking methods, cooking time and temperature, seasoning and ensuring sanitation, handling and storage of prepared foods and leftovers.

Prepares for a rush period of work without getting behind.

Take responsibility for duties or station.

Other Duties as assigned.

Qualifications

Prior experience as a cook required.

Knowledge of kitchen sanitation and operation and maintenance of kitchen equipment.

Basic knowledge of food preparation techniques.

Six months experience as a cook's helper preferred.

Must be familiar with all phases and operations of the kitchen.
