Job Description
Third Future Schools is an award‑winning and expanding network of charter schools. The Waco, TX, South Waco Elementary school is seeking a Third/Fourth Grade Art of Thinking teacher. Teachers assist students in improving academic proficiency, building habits of success, and creating a safe and orderly learning environment for their class and for all students at the school.
Teachers receive comprehensive support: lesson plans, demonstrations of learning, and student assignments and activities are provided by expert curriculum developers. Teacher assistants make copies and grade papers. Teachers have minimal duties and are scheduled for only four days per month.
Salary ranges from $75,000 to $80,000 per year, with a maximum of $80,000 for a teacher with three years of demonstrated achievement. Benefits include employee‑only health, dental, and vision coverage.
