Job Description
Third Future Schools is a high‑achieving growing network of charter schools. Hirschi Middle School in Wichita Falls, TX is looking for a 7/8 Grade Art of Thinking teacher. Teachers help students improve academic proficiency and build habits of success. They create a safe and orderly learning environment for their assigned students and for all school students. They are supervised by the principal and assistant principal.
Classroom teachers receive strong support: lesson plans, demonstrations of learning, student assignments and activities are provided by expert curriculum developers. Teacher assistants make copies and grade papers. Teachers have minimal duties and only four days a month.
Responsibilities

Implement lesson plans, demonstrations, assignments, and activities.
Work with teacher assistants to produce copies and grade papers.
Attend required professional development and meetings.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree preferred.
Citizenship, residency or work visa required.
Salary & Benefits
Position Type:
Full‑Time
Salary:
$75,000 to $80,000 per year
Maximum salary for teachers with three years of demonstrated achievement is $80,000.
