Third Future Schools is a high‑achieving, growing network of charter schools. Hirschi Middle School in Wichita Falls, TX is looking for an 8th Grade Reading/Writing teacher. Hirschi teachers help students improve academic proficiency and build habits of success. They create a safe, orderly learning environment for students in their class and for all the school. They are supervised by the principal and assistant principal.
Responsibilities
Classroom teachers receive a great deal of support. Lesson plans, demonstrations of learning, and student assignments and activities are provided by expert curriculum developers. Teacher assistants make copies and grade papers. Teaching duties are minimal and only four days a month.
Compensation & Benefits
Position Type:
Full‑Time.
Salary:
$75,000 to $80,000 per year. The maximum salary for a teacher with three years of demonstrated achievement is $80,000.
