A Food Server is responsible for serving food and beverages to guests, ensuring a high level of service, guest satisfaction, and operational efficiency.
Responsibilities
Respond to guest requests in a timely, friendly, and efficient manner.
Maintain knowledge of menu items, restaurant promotions, and specials.
Take guest food and beverage orders and input them in the point‑of‑sale system.
Retrieve and deliver food and beverage orders in a timely manner.
Ensure guest satisfaction throughout the meal service.
Serve alcoholic and non‑alcoholic beverages in accordance with federal, state, local, and company regulations.
Maintain a well‑stocked serving station at all times.
Qualifications
