Meets department productivity standards**Essential Duties and Responsibilities**1. Operates dish machine2. Maintains clean, organized dish storage and washing areas3. Washes and stores all dishware, silverware, glassware, and pots and pans4. Keeps floors swept and mopped5. Polishes all chafing dishes, silver trays and saucers6. Cleans all cooking equipment, cutting boards, trashcans and recycle bins7. Sorts and arranges all shelves and stacking carts8. Empties all garbage and recycle bins9.
