Program and Logistics Coordinator
Location: Plymouth Meeting, PA (In-person)
Salary: $55,000-$65,000 (Commensurate with experience)
Lavner Education is seeking a detail‑oriented Program and Logistics Coordinator to oversee inventory, supply chain execution, and on‑site program support.
Key Responsibilities
Inventory & Supply Chain
Implement inventory controls, perform regular audits, and establish reorder points.
Coordinate the packing, shipping, and receiving of all program materials to ensure accuracy and prevent loss.
Ensure material quality checks and proper documentation of inventory movement.
Execute the strategy developed by the leadership team and senior members to ensure excellent organization, preparation, and quality of the programs.
Program Implementation and Support
Provide on‑site support to address logistical challenges that arise during the summer camp season.
Manage the transport of supplies, materials, and equipment to and from camp locations.
Travel to in‑state and out‑of‑state locations as needed for on‑site program support.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree required
Experience in inventory management and logistics coordination
Strong organizational and problem‑solving skills
Ability to provide professional on‑site leadership and customer service
Willingness to travel during the summer camp season and other school breaks
Ability to work on‑site daily at our Plymouth Meeting HQ
Successful completion and clearance of all required background checks
