What will you do?
Match vendor invoices to NetSuite purchase order receivers, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and proper documentation
Process and submit non‑retail invoice payments, including office supplies and outbound shipping materials, in accordance with company timelines and policies
Set up and maintain retail vendors within Delaware North’s accounts payable system, ensuring compliance with internal controls
Communicate with vendors to resolve discrepancies, track outstanding invoices, and align purchase orders with received invoices
Prepare, reconcile, and post daily store receipt revenue journals
Act as a retail finance liaison, partnering with internal stakeholders, including TD Garden, Boston Celtics, and Boston Bruins front office teams
Support account reconciliation and contribute to accurate financial reporting and close processes
Collaborate cross‑functionally with warehouse, retail store, and finance teams to support operational and financial objectives
More about you
Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or related field required; equivalent experience may substitute
Strong attention to detail with a high degree of accuracy
Experience working in a cross‑functional retail or operations environment preferred
Proficiency in Microsoft Office required; experience with NetSuite and financial reconciliation systems preferred
Ability to generate, analyze, and clearly communicate financial reporting results
Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed, particularly during events and peak retail periods
