Join our expanding team and contribute to the success of Group Bayport’s rapidly growing online presence. As an Ecommerce Specialist, you will play a key role in managing our product listings, implementing our digital marketing strategies and maintaining relationships with top US marketplaces. The Specialist will work closely with internal teams to drive online sales growth and enhance the customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

Manage product listings across multiple e-commerce platforms including, but not limited to, Wayfair, Home Depot, Walmart, and Beyond.

Monitor and analyze online sales performance, providing regular reports and identifying trends and opportunities for growth.

Coordinate and implement digital marketing campaigns, including promotions and onsite advertising.

Ensure accuracy and consistency of product information, pricing, and inventory levels.

Provide excellent relationship management, addressing inquiries and resolving issues in a timely manner.

Collaborate with marketing and product development teams to launch new products and optimize existing listings.

Stay up-to-date with e-commerce trends, best practices, and marketplace platform updates.

Assist in the development and implementation of e-commerce strategies to achieve sales targets.

Qualifications and Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field preferred.

One year experience in e-commerce management, preferably within the retail or product industry.

Familiarity with e-commerce platforms such as Wayfair, Amazon, Walmart or Home Depot.

Strong analytical skills and experience with data analysis and reporting.

Excellent communication and customer service skills.

Proficiency in digital marketing tools, techniques and performance indicators.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Detail-oriented and highly organized.
