We are looking for a creative, execution-driven Social Media Marketing Specialist (Organic) to manage and grow the organic social presence of Group Bayport’s brands.
This role is ideal for someone skilled in platform-native content, storytelling, and community building, who can balance creativity with consistency while handling multiple brand voices. You will own organic social execution end-to-end—from content planning and publishing to engagement, creator collaborations, and performance insights.
Key Responsibilities
Execute organic social strategies aligned with brand goals, audiences, and positioning.
Develop content pillars and platform-specific narratives for multiple brands.
Create, curate, and publish platform-native content across Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, Pinterest, and X, in collaboration with design and content teams.
Manage content calendars to ensure consistency, quality, and timely publishing.
Experiment with new formats such as Reels, Shorts, UGC, LinkedIn documents, and trend-led content.
Monitor and engage with brand communities, tracking conversations, mentions, and trends.
Collaborate with creators and micro-influencers to generate authentic organic content.
Track and analyze organic performance metrics (reach, engagement, shares, saves, watch time, follower growth) and share insights to improve content strategy.
Work closely with cross-functional teams to support brand launches, seasonal campaigns, and key moments through organic social storytelling.
Qualifications and Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Communications, or a related field.
5–7 years of hands‑on experience in organic social media marketing and creator content core experience should be in D2C or brand‑led environments for all META, Pinterest, Twitter, Tik Tok platforms.
Strong understanding of social platforms, algorithms, trends, and best practices.
Proven ability to manage multiple brand accounts with distinct voices.
Strong content sensibility with a keen eye for storytelling, trends, and visuals.
Data‑aware mindset with the ability to translate insights into content improvements.
Excellent organizational, communication, and collaboration skills.
Experience with creator partnerships or UGC management is a must.
Data analysis to enhance marketing efforts is a plus.
