Key Responsibilities
Monitor and control intercompany raw material movement between plants/entities
Record and reconcile transactions using Tally Prime
Ensure accurate accounting of intercompany transactions and eliminations
Analyse and track profit reserve impact in intercompany transfers
Maintain and oversee inventory records, including stock verification and valuation
Implement effective inventory management practices to minimize losses and discrepancies
Coordinate with procurement, production, and finance teams for smooth material flow
Prepare periodic MIS reports related to inventory, cost, and intercompany balances
Ensure compliance with internal controls, accounting standards, and company policies
Required Skills & Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in commerce, Accounting, or Finance
2–3 years of relevant experience in plant accounting or inventory control
Strong working knowledge of Tally Prime
Good understanding of:
Intercompany accounting
Profit reserve implications in intercompany transactions
Inventory management and stock control
Proficiency in MS Excel
Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills
Attention to detail and accuracy
Preferred Qualifications
Experience in manufacturing or plant environment
Knowledge of cost accounting principles
Familiarity with ERP systems (additional to Tally)
