Responsibilities
Assist lead plumbers with installations (water heaters, fixtures, piping)
Prepare job sites and ensure materials/tools are ready for daily tasks
Maintain cleanliness and organization of work trucks and equipment
Follow safety protocols and company procedures
Support general labor tasks on residential and light commercial projects
Gradually take on more independent responsibilities as skills develop
Must Have
Strong work ethic and reliability
Ability to perform physical labor (lifting, carrying, working in tight spaces)
Positive attitude and willingness to learnMust be at least 18 years old
Willingness to undergo a background check
Ability to work overtime as needed
Reliable transportation to job location
Availability to start within 2 weeks
Nice to Have
Valid driver’s license
Prior experience in construction or a related trade
