Eastwood Local Schools has an opening for a Preschool Teacher for the 2026-27 school year. We are seeking an enthusiastic, passionate Preschool Teacher to join our team! You will be responsible for creating a nurturing environment that fosters the social, emotional, cognitive, and physical development of young children.
Key Responsibilities
Ensure the health, safety, and well-being of all children in the classroom.
Develop and implement engaging, age‑appropriate lesson plans and activities.
Maintain open, positive, and proactive communication with parents and families.
Conduct student assessments and track developmental progress.
Maintain a clean, organized, and inviting classroom environment.
Qualifications
Teaching degree with Dual Licensure.
Early Childhood Education (General Education): Focus on typical child development for ages 3‑5; Intervention Specialist (Special Education).
Ability to pass BCI/FBI background checks.
Patient, loving, and reliable personality.
Job Requirements
Citizenship, residency or work visa required.
