The Opportunity
We’re looking for a Fleet & Facilities Manager to lead and optimize our equipment, vehicle fleet, yard operations, and facilities. This is a high-impact leadership role responsible for keeping our operations running efficiently, safely, and cost-effectively.
You’ll oversee everything from preventative maintenance programs and fleet tracking to budgeting, purchasing decisions, and team leadership.
What You’ll Do
Lead all fleet, equipment, and facilities operations across the company
Build and manage preventative maintenance and repair programs
Oversee vehicle and equipment tracking, utilization, and lifecycle managementManage inventory, parts, and vendor relationships
Supervise mechanics, drivers, yard staff, and facilities personnel
Develop and manage annual budgets with a focus on cost control and ROI
Analyze repair vs. replacement decisions using cost-benefit analysis
Ensure compliance with safety standards, inspections, licensing, and reporting
Oversee yard operations, fuel systems, and equipment mobilization
Implement training programs for equipment use, safety, and maintenance
Enforce industry standard training for crews
Partner with leadership on strategic planning, growth, and operational improvements
What We’re Looking For
7–10+ years of experience in fleet, equipment, or facilities management
Strong leadership experience managing teams and operations
Background in landscaping, construction, or similar field service industry preferred
Experience with fleet tracking systems, maintenance programs, and inventory control
Strong financial and analytical skills (budgeting, cost-per-hour analysis, ROI)
Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities
Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a strong plus
Proficiency with Excel, systems, and operational software
Valid driver’s license and insurable driving record
