Job Summary:
Provides resident transportation per care plans and policies, and supports the planning and operation of Social Services in compliance with regulations under supervisor direction.
Compensation:
$14.50 per hour

Key Responsibilities:
Provide safe, timely resident transportation for appointments and events.
Assist residents with transfers, positioning, and vehicle boarding/offboarding (including lifts) per care plans.
Coordinate transport schedules with Social Services and plan for delays.
Maintain vehicle readiness (cleanliness, fueling, servicing).
Safeguard and deliver resident paperwork during transports.
Complete required documentation accurately and daily.
Communicate issues affecting duties (resident or vehicle concerns) to supervisor.
Support resident care planning and assist with transportation needs.
Report any unusual or unexpected events immediately to supervisor.
Qualifications:
Required:
High school diploma or equivalent
Valid, unencumbered state issued driver's license
