Position Overview
Citadel Security USA is hiring a Full-Time Armed Security Officer to support transit operations in the Frisco area. This role focuses on maintaining safety across transit routes, bus stops, and related facilities.
The position is active and public-facing, requiring consistent awareness, professionalism, and the ability to handle situations as they develop throughout the shift.
Key Responsibilities
Ride assigned transit routes to monitor activity and support rider safety
Patrol bus stops, transfer points, and surrounding areas on a routine basis
Maintain a visible presence to help deter unauthorized or disruptive behavior
Enforce site rules, including addressing loitering or misuse of property
Respond to incidents in line with post orders and company procedures
Secure facilities and lock buildings at the end of service hours
Observe conditions and report suspicious activity, hazards, or violations
Complete daily activity logs and incident reports with accurate details
Communicate clearly with supervisors, transit staff, and the public
Minimum Qualifications
Must meet Colorado requirements for armed security roles
Legally authorized to carry an approved firearm while on duty
Valid driver’s license required
Ability to remain alert and professional in public environments
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Reliable attendance and punctuality
