High school diploma and minimum three years related experience. Experience using the district computer software is preferred. Experience maintaining databases is required. Proficient in Windows and Microsoft Office, including MS Word, Excel and Power Point. Certificates, licenses and/or registrations as applicable to position duties and responsibilities and/or as required by the Board of Directors.
Description
Performs all necessary duties required to maintain accurate and current records necessary to maintain the efficient operation of the operational center by performing the following duties:
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Maintains a high level of ethical behavior and confidentiality of information.
Manages daily operation of department/office/student readiness.
Maintains inventory control for department/office/student readiness.
Maintains and adjusts database for the department/office (Progress Book, DASL, EMIS).
Coordinates all materials for meetings and conferences for student readiness.
Maintains records for all student applicants.
Maintains enrollment and placement data as appropriate.
Assists in registration and class assignment process.
Oversees all communications to home school counselor/contact.
Monitors posting of grades and assists instructors in making corrections.
Assists in facilities, instructor, and student scheduling as appropriate.
Maintains all records and prepares appropriate reports.
Provides lead responsibility for student schedules.
Monitors and prepares all Progress Book/EMIS reports for students.
Assists with dispensing student medication.
Maintains a clean and welcoming environment.
Maintains office equipment such as copy machines and printers.
Maintains up-to-date knowledge of technology utilized by the district.
Must satisfy all job related attendance requirements.
A record free of criminal violations that would prohibit public school employment.
Availability
Immediately
Salary Range
$36,203 - $50,882. Placement on the salary schedule depends upon educational preparation and work experience in the field - 220-day contract.
