The teacher aligns the assessments with the goals, objectives, and instructional strategies of the district curriculum guides.
The teacher uses assessment techniques that are appropriate to the varied characteristics and developmental needs of students.
Preparation & Classroom Management
The teacher demonstrates appropriate preparation for instruction.
The teacher chooses and implements appropriate methodology and varied instructional strategies that address the diversity of learners.

Terms of Employment
A standard teaching contract is 178 days; extended or part time contracts are prorated. Compensation is according to the teacher salary schedule as established annually by the Board of Education. All other employee benefits are according to the total FTE of employment for the individual.
Evaluation
Performance of this position will be evaluated according to board policies and the Warrensburg R‑VI School District adopted model of Performance Based Teacher Evaluation.
