Gravillis, a boutique design agency, is currently looking for a TikTok Content Creator to support The Social Team. The ideal candidate has a passion for creating high performing content that drives product awareness and maximizes sales through TikTok shop.
What You’ll Do:
Create TikTok content designed to drive product discovery and conversion, not just engagement
Develop and execute content optimized for TikTok Shop, including product storytelling, demos, and creator-style UGC formats
Write scripts with a focus on strong hooks, retention, and clear calls to action
Build decks that track audience engagement and moderation
Test and iterate content to improve watch time, saves, and conversion performance
Identify and replicate high-performing content trends (e.g., problem/solution, before/after, expert POV, testimonial)
Help craft the channel’s identity, tone, and long-term vision
Work directly with and present ideas to the client and internal directors
Engage with followers on the client’s TikTok page that matches the brand’s voice
Qualification and Skills
1-3 years of experience in content creation
Experience in creating content that has driven measurable growth and sales on TikTok
Expert knowledge of social media tools and platforms, particularly Discord, Reddit, Twitter, and TikTok
Strong understanding of hooks, retention, and conversion mechanics
Ability to write clear, concise, high-performing scripts
Familiarity with YouTube content strategy and search-based content
Comfortable working in fast paced environment
Basic video editing skills
Understanding of social media metrics
Excellent communication skills
Experience in working with influencers
Bonus: experience in wellness, supplements, or educational content
