What You Will Do

Receive and verify incoming materials.

Transact material into and out of stock using SAP Plant Maintenance processes.

Maintain MRO storage areas, including regular sweeping, wiping down surfaces, and maintaining order; remove trash as needed.

Cycle count and adjust material as required.

Locate, pick, count, and disburse requested parts and materials.

Deliver parts and materials to specific locations as requested.

Print work orders, gather parts, and stage them in the kitting area for skilled trades to pick up.

Perform searches on MRO inventory to find required equivalents or assist others.

Operate fork truck, scooter, hand trucks, trucks, vans, etc. to pick up and deliver material; training will be provided even if a license already exists.

Safely manage large, heavy spare parts, up to 35 lbs. (Above 35 lbs. requires assistance).

Perform required clerical, scanning, and filing functions.

Maintain a secure stockroom and limit escorted entry to management associates only.

Assign physical locations to stocked materials as required.

Perform duties in conformance with departmental standard operating procedures.

Practice and follow all required safety regulations and keep updated on safety procedures.

Engage in learning activities to upgrade skill sets, both interpersonal and technical.

Understand, interpret, and act on necessary forms of visual management systems.

Perform all duties assigned by supervision.

Participate as a member of the team to accomplish goals; communicate, resolve conflicts at the lowest level, and collaborate cross‑functionally.

Provide operational information to upper management and receive feedback to align with company goals.

Use basic hand and power tools to open crates and packaging.

What You Need to Bring

High School diploma or equivalent required.

Manufacturing, Purchasing, Inventory, or prior Storeroom Attendant experience preferred.

Proficiency with computer systems and related software.

High level of attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities.

Good written and verbal communication skills.

Employment Eligibility
Applicants must be authorized to work in the US without requiring sponsorship now or in the future.

Compensation
Hourly range: $13.85 – $20.75; the specific rate depends on education and work location.
