About the Job:
As the People Operations Specialist, you will support critical people operations initiatives from onboarding to offboarding, such as new hire onboarding, wellness initiatives, and benefits open enrollment. In this role, you will support various people systems, such as Workday, Greenhouse, and JIRA, to ensure data integrity, usability, and compliance. Thriving in a fast-paced environment, you will leverage data insights to inform strategic decisions.
What You’ll Do:
Support People Ops initiatives—from design to implementation—across onboarding, internal mobility, performance management, benefits open enrollment, and offboarding.
Own and improve people systems (e.g., Workday, Greenhouse, JIRA), ensuring data integrity, usability, and scalability.
Support the maintenance and optimization of HRIS software to ensure data accuracy, security, and compliance.
Provide training and support to HR staff and employees in HR systems usage and troubleshooting issues as they arise.
Support compensation processes by ensuring job profiles, including job leveling, are updated, annual bonus tracking, support external benchmarking, and new hire equity allocation.
People Data & Analysis: Leverage data from our HRIS and other tools to produce dashboards, reports, and insights around headcount, turnover, DEI, engagement, and performance trends—informing strategic decisions across the organization.
About You:
2-3 years of experience in Human Resources.
Experience with HRIS systems, preferably Workday: You should be comfortable navigating and administering HR data within an HRIS system.
You are extremely process-oriented and have proven examples of effective project management in the HR space with associated metrics. You’re highly analytical, and can understand and dissect data and use it to inform actions and processes.
You’re resilient and can be flexible with changing business needs and priorities.
You’re great at building relationships and trust within the organization.
Ability to identify opportunities for automation and process improvement: A keen eye for streamlining processes and a willingness to explore innovative solutions are important.
The anticipated base salary for this position is $78,000 to $98,000.
